Project Manager

Overview

The right candidate will have exceptional project management and team collaboration skills and will work closely with both the client and our client services “Labs” team keeping project delivery on time, on budget and with customer satisfaction in mind. Success will be measured by performance against a set of KPIs including project efficiency, gross margin and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver all projects on budget, on time, and on schedule
  • Manage all aspects of project: scope, risk, schedule, team structure, budget, quality, and communication
  • Prepare all project documentation: project plans, project charters, status reports,
  • Create risk assessment plans, change requests, resource requests
  • Lead multi-disciplinary project teams through all phases of the project life-cycle working closely with the Creative Director

  • Digital agency, or similar client driven digital experience projects

  • Highly developed relationship management skills at senior levels
